Acai, what is it? This small bay is gaining popularity, but remains relatively unknown in France and Europe. Originally from the Amazon, it is distinguished by its fruity and chocolatey taste and can be enjoyed in several variations.


At Acai & You, we offer you the opportunity to enjoy it in the form of a fresh and vitamin-rich Acai Bowl, but also as a drink or as a waffle or donut filled with acai cream.


What does acai taste like?

Acai has a particular taste, both fruity and chocolatey. Our wish is to take you on a journey through our acai bowls and discover multiple textures; acai cream pairs with our creamy homemade peanut butter, as well as our crunchy granola and delicious toppings of your choice. What are the benefits of acai?

Acai is 4 times richer in antioxidants than goji berry, and 5 times more than pomegranate and blueberry. Antioxidants slow down cellular aging, helping you maintain that youthful skin you love so much.

Acai is a superfood rich in minerals: potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron. Athletes know that all these minerals and trace elements are essential to boost energy.

Omegas
